- Select Number, Title, or Keyword to decide what to search for.
- Use Input to fill in what you need and press Search!
- This will search for everything saved in the kbsearch.js file, and also in your browser's Local Storage after you've used the Edit function.
You can leave Input empty to search for everything at once. This may cause some slowness if the kbsearch.js file is getting large.
Warning
If you clear your browser's cookies in the profile where kbsearch.html is being used, it also clears the edited data in the Local Storage, so make sure to Export first!
Edit
- Fill in the KB Number and the rest of the fields. This will either Add a new entry or Edit (Replace) the field of a previous one. If you leave all three Link, Title, and Keywords empty it will delete the entry.
- In Link you can just put the full link to the KB. In Title you fill in the title that shows in the KB article.
To make searching even easier you can add keywords separated by commas, no need to use extra spacing.
When you're done, just press the Edit button and it will show you if it succeeded and what happened exactly.

Export
- Export the edits you made into a new file! To load it in, make sure it's called kbsearch.js, it's in the same directory as kbsearch.html, and there is no Local Storage from kbsearch. Clear cache & cookies if the browser still remembers it.
